Luling Woman Sentenced to Over Three Years Imprisonment for Bank Fraud

CHARLOTTE TROXLER, 46, of Luling, Louisiana, was sentenced in federal court yesterday by U.S. District Judge Martin L.C. Feldman to over three years' (46 months) imprisonment for bank fraud, announced U.S. Attorney Jim Letten. In addition, the defendant was ordered to pay $1,066,038.45 in restitution and serve five years' supervised release, during which time she will be under federal supervision and risks additional imprisonment should she violate any terms of the release.
