2 men plead guilty to credit card identity theft in western NY

Two men have pleaded guilty to stealing the credit and debit card numbers of hundreds of bank customers and using them to withdraw cash from ATMs at Indian casinos in western New York and elsewhere in the country. Federal prosecutors say Jia Ming Huang of New York City was the leader of the credit card fraud ring and Rungen Huang of Pembroke Pines, Fla., was a participant. Both pleaded guilty in federal court in Buffalo to bank fraud charges that carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a million-dollar fine.
