Bank Swindle Draws 5 Year Prison Sentence

A Hartford man was sentenced to five years in prison for organizing a sophisticated scheme to swindle nearly $400,000 from the Bank of America. The sentence was imposed following Troy Moody's second federal bank fraud conviction in 10 years. In 2001, Moody, 41, was sentenced to about 51/2 years in prison for a $440,000 fraud.
