Former Hamilton bank manager charged with fraud

A former Royal Bank branch manager and treasurer of an Ancaster church faces fraud and theft charges after walking into a police station and saying he misappropriated funds from both institutions. Mark Riemer, 32, of Hamilton, visited Hamilton police last month and, with his comments, sparked an investigation. It is alleged he misappropriated $113,774 from the bank and church.
