Solana Beach man suspected of check fraud scheme

San Diego Sheriff's deputies arrested a Solana Beach man Friday on accusations he wrote four bad rent checks equaling $15,000 in Solana Beach. Investigators said they may have stumbled onto an elaborate financial scheme spanning two states and an untold amount of money.
