Great Southern Bank and the Sioux City Police Department have received reports of suspicious telephone calls. The caller claims to be a bank representative and tells the customer about a fraud attempt on their debit card. The caller then requests account information, and if the customer gives it out they could be cleaned out in a matter of minutes. According to a bank representative, this is simply not how they do business.
