Former Bank Executive Mark Turner Gets 63 Months For Bank Fraud

A former executive vice president of Timberland Bank in El Dorado was ordered to pay $1.2 million in restitution and serve 63 months in federal prison for two counts of bank fraud. Mark Turner, 48, of El Dorado, also has to pay a fine of $50,000, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's office in Fort Smith.
