West Monroe police arrested four people involved in a check fraud scheme at a local Walmart Wednesday evening.
Those arrested include Robert L. Washington, 21, and Rachelle Tameka Lasha Nabors, 29, both of 125 Longwood Dr., Monroe, Charteria Bush, 24, 118 Riverbend Dr., West Monroe, and Lacresha Shaunta Bush, 26, 1507 S. 3rd St., Monroe.
