West Des Moines businessman convicted of wire fraud

A West Des Moines businessman has been convicted of wire fraud in an $8 million scheme against another company in the Des Moines area, federal prosecutors said.
A federal jury in Des Moines convicted Clarence Rice, owner of C&J Leasing Corp., last week of all four counts against him, according to a news release.
