2 Men Wanted On Bank Fraud Charges

Police are asking the public for help locating two men wanted on charges of organized schemes to defraud and bank fraud. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has arrest warrants for Charles Seales, 39, and Ernest Smith, 43. Seales, whose last known address was in the 10200 block of Beaver Street, was described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 200 pounds. Smith, who used to live in Baldwin, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
