ATM skimming suspect arrested in Vancouver

Vancouver Police arrested a man suspected of putting a "skimming" device on an ATM. Detectives said they got a tip from someone who saw a photo on the news. Nicholas Duncan, 18, of Vancouver, was arrested on one count of fraud.
