Florida Man Pleads Guilty In Casino Credit Card Scam

A Florida man has pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to commit bank fraud at ATMs across the country, including at the Seneca Niagara Casino, the Seneca Allegany Casino in Salamanca and the Salamanca Bingo Hall.
According to a news release, Siu S. Cheung, 52, of Florida pleaded guilty Wednesday before Chief U.S. District Court Judge William S. Skretny.
