Nine Indicted for Fraud That Led to Croatian Credit Union Collapse

Nine people have been indicted in connection with the collapse of the St. Paul Croatian Federal Credit Union in Eastlake, one of the largest credit union collapses in history. According to the Department of Justice, a 26-count indictment was filed on Wednesday against the individuals federal prosecutors say were responsible for the fraud that forced the National Credit Union Administration to liquidate what remained of the credit union's assets.
