Two more plead guilty in casino fraud case

Two more suspects in a credit card scam that involved the use of ATMs at Seneca Niagara and Seneca Allegany casinos, among other locations, have pleaded guilty to federal bank fraud charges. Jia Ming Huang, 45, of New York, and Rungen Huang, 38, of Pembroke Pines, Fla., both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank fraud. They face a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison, a fine of $1 million or both when they’re sentenced by Chief U.S. District Court Judge William Skretny.
