Phoenix man sentenced in 4 Million dollar mortgage fraud scheme

A Phoenix man has been sentenced to more than two years on federal prison for his involvement in a $4 million mortgage fraud scheme.
Prosecutors say 32-year-old Dustin Thompson was given a 27-month prison term Monday.
They say Thompson pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud related to his participation in a two-year conspiracy involving the purchase of 24 properties in Phoenix using fraudulent loan documents.
