Buffalo Man Sentenced for Wire Fraud

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Daryl J. Chase, 42, of Buffalo, N.Y., who pleaded guilty to wire fraud, was sentenced to time-served, six months home detention with electronic monitoring, and three years’ supervised release by Judge William M. Skretny. Judge Skretny also ordered Chase to pay restitution totaling $18,338 to the victims.
