Canadian man sentenced for bank fraud in Vermont

A Canadian man was sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court in Burlington after pleading guilty to bank fraud charges.
Martin Belanger, a 49-year-old resident of Quebec, was sentenced to a three-year term of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $86,004, according to the U.S. Attorney's district of Vermont office.
