Three get jail time in Orion Bank case

Three key figures in the Orion Bank loan-fraud case will serve time in federal prison for their roles in the conspiracy.
Former Orion executives Thomas B. Hebble and Angel P. Guerzon and borrower Francesco "Frank" Mileto were sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Fort Myers.
The alleged kingpin of the scheme, former Orion chief executive Jerry J. Williams, is scheduled to go to trial in February.
He has pleaded not guilty to 10 counts including conspiracy to commit bank fraud, money laundering and deceiving federal and state bank examiners.
