A 38-year-old Georgetown woman was arrested and two others are being sought in a June fraud scheme at a Georgetown bank, police said Tuesday.
Detectives were informed by M&T Bank investigators July 11 about fraudulent transactions. It happened after Chelsie Horsey, 18, of Laurel, opened an account at M&T's Georgetown branch, police said.
