Elaborate scam nets $60,000 from man

Police have arrested a man they said concocted a story about needing money for a lung transplant in order to steal $60,000 from his great-uncle in Salem.
Salem police think the man duped his great uncle and possibly other family members by claiming he needed — and had — the lung transplant.
